MARI PARTICIPATE IN COP ANNUAL MEETING HELD ON 29 TH JULY - 5TH AUGUST 2013 AT KER AWUD HOTEL IN HAWASA CITY IN ETHIOPIA.

Cassava Breeding Community of practice in Africa (COP) is a community of Sub - Saharan Cassava breeders formed by breeders from west, central and eastern.The main focus of the community is on utilization of molecular breeding techniques in improving cassava production. The annual meeting was held in Ethiopia and organized by the Hawasa agricultural research Institute in collaboration with IITA.MARI was represented by Dr. Fred Tairo.
